Head of Commercial 2D Technology (acting, LA office)

Streamline workflows to speed up turnovers to outsourcing (roto, paint, tracking)
Developed, released, and maintained a commercial color workflow that unified Flame (SynColor) and desktop DCC (OCIO). The workflow supported both display-referred (pre-color) and scene-referred (post-color) color management.

Modernized the Flame artist workflow by phasing out legacy local projects to a proper centralized shared project structure fully integrated into the global pipeline.
Oversaw the transition from legacy Discreet Flame to re-designed Autodesk Flame by developing timelines, validating workflows, and coordinating training.
Refactored Flame's project management and integration tools using Python hooks and eliminated the need for a proprietary standalone project management app.
Introduced a Nuke-based 2D pipeline and associated TCL/Python tools to the studio, which was heavily Flame-centric at the time.
