Savannah College of Art and Design supplied a foundation in the fine arts and extended into the technical tools and software. Before the college created a dedicated Visual Effects major, a similar curriculum was modeled by combining a Major in Computer Art Motion Graphics with a Minor in Film and Television. This provides a broad foundation in collaborative team-based projects, with practical film equipment and digital post-production workflows. I also developed time management skills to balance class study, collaborative projects/shoots, and athletic training and travel.
